I came the other night ordered a cookout tray with a walking taco. The walking taco only had meat. no cheese, no lettuce, sour cream, NOTHING. A time before that there was a zip tie in my walking taco. I frequently come to this location at night but at this point..

Who is the General Manager of this location? Better yet who is the district manager? I’ve never been to a cookout until last night. From the driver thru speaker being okay experience you can tell the lack of menu knowledge. Overall lack of cleanliness employee outside with gloves on let’s hope he changed them. To being at the window paying receiving our drinks. For the young man at the windows to open the window and ask what did I want. I said my food. He said oh yea the tray. To getting the food trying to check to make sure I have everything. The same young man opened the window so aggressively to ask me what’s the problem?!?! WOW, cookout is this your standard of service? Being a former General manager in the restaurant industry. I was taken back by the level of rudeness and lack of hospitality being given out. The night shift needs adult supervision, training on customer service skills, and menu knowledge. How are these children allowed in the window serving customers? When they clearly need to still be in training? Does the General manager not care about his/her store’s performance?

Cookout is a great, quick place to grab fast food. The ONLY thing I dislike about it, is that they rush the tee-total hell out of you while you are ordering. You can't even get your order out before they are rushing onto your next item.. I was told they are on a timer & that needs to stop. It's so disrespectful to the patrons who are paying for the food & service.
