Can’t ever do anything right, how tf my order was ready after the dasher arrived and my food was still cold and incorrect. I ordered a burger with no tomato no mayo, whatever slow cook in the back made it WITH TOMATO but didn’t put the lettuce or pickle on it. Like WHAT! Yall need to do better. Look at that bull crap and convince me you’d eat this

It’s been a while since I been in this side of town and I say an ad for the tacos. I used to get them frequently when I worked over here. Took a drive from Wilma Rudolph to get these tacos. Ordered 4. I requested sure cream when I placed the order and at the window when asked about sauce I said just sour cream. I park to smash. No sour cream. They put some avocado sauce in the bag that I didn’t not ask for or want. The tacos didn’t have taco sauce on them. No bigge on that I thought they used to put it on the taco maybe that changed but I just went in and got the sauce. Asked for sour cream again he says they don’t have it. Not sure why the person that took my order didn’t say that or the person who took my money but ok. Oh and one taco didn’t even have cheese in it. All of them barely had meat or lettuce on them. Highly disappointed. Now I have to go buy something else to satisfy my cravings. This food is for poor people and people who are high.

Went around 230am and the girl at the window- didn’t catch her name, had an arm brace though, was so incredibly sweet. 10/10 experience and made the 20min drive for me so worth it. Every time I go my food is hot and fresh, Even while sometimes there may be a wait, understaffing/late night I assume, the staff is always very kind. Many people hate the late night staffing at fast food establishments, but I can confidently say Jack-in-the-Box has it down. Reward your staff, they’re hardworking and awesome.
