I ordered 3 hotcakes with bacon and a hot chocolate with caramel. First, they forgot to give me one of the 3 hotcakes that I ordered. Second, the hot chocolate is white… it tastes like warm milk without any chocolate or caramel. This isn’t the first time this has happened at McDonald’s (not just at this location). The staff were polite when I had to go back to pick up the missing item. I didn’t notice the hot chocolate issue until after and didn’t want to bother going back again.

Currently been at this location for 50 minutes waiting on two happy meals ordered off the app. And still waiting, I will probably hit an hour. Not sure what needs to be done but I have seen plenty of order numbers that have gone in after mine and have been completed and left before me. Update: took 53 total minutes waiting at location for 2 happy meals. Second Update: after I got home they also didn’t put the apple slices in either happy meal boxes.

Each like = You agree with this post Why do I go here? This place is soooo gross and dirty, even the sidewalk outside is filthy and sticky. I have never not once ever been happy with any of my experiences at this location🤮 I'm surprised corporate hasn't shut them down. Now, we wait extremely long for simple orders that come out wrong and you can't even eat the food😡 Why does the staff get spicy with the customers when the staff is wrong? That is why you go to Popeye's lol🤣 All I got was a 50 cent burger with no pickles and mustard and what did I get? Waiting in line for 15 minutes, burger was premade and burnt. May I never go back to that dirty, hectic godforsaken rats nest!
