Great service! Placed a large order, and the service was excellent! Fast, accurate, and well-organized. Staff was friendly and made sure everything was packed perfectly. We ordered 4 big double trays, and they were made fresh and so delicious. They were juicy, flavorful beef with perfectly melted cheese on a toasted bun. A classic done right! They even remembered the sauces we requested and napkins.We had a smooth experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend!

This place single-handedly has kept me fed for numerous nights. One of the only places open extremely late into the night, and they consistently serve good fast food every time. The lines can be intense sometimes, especially on the weekends and after UT football games, so I’d recommend not going during those nights and between the hours of 10pm-1am if you dislike lines. That being said, for how many people they have in line, it moves fairly fast all things considered. The atmosphere is pretty great too, and during busy times it’s very lively if not a bit rowdy. There’s no indoor area or seating, but some people like to sit on the sidewalk nearby to eat their food. Occasionally there may be a mistake with your order, most commonly if you order at the walk-up window instead of drive-thru, but in the probably close to a hundred times I’ve eaten here, I’ve only had a problem with the order a handful of times. If you come here at night, especially on the weekend, be very careful driving and keep an eye out for drunken people walking around, since this is a popular spot to hang out and very often they will walk out in front of your car. There are a lot of options on the menu, both for food and for shakes. I heavily recommend the cheese bites and Cajun fries. Hamburger patties are very small and pretty thin, but still very tasty.

EVERY TIME I ORDER A TRAY THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG THING plus added pickles when I didn’t want any IVE TRIED CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES AND IT JUST DOESNT RING LIKE THEY TURNED IT OFF They also gave me no straws for my drinks which was very disappointing
