This is, by far, the worst service I have ever received at any place of business. I waited in line for 35 minutes for a $4.99 milkshake. I watched 8 vehicles drive past me for their orders; 5 of those vehicles ordered after me. I attempted to comp a $4.99 MILKSHAKE and reason with the manager. She refused to reason with me. I did not feel heard or understood at any time with this experience. I will never return to this Cookout. I will never refer another potential or current customer to this location; in fact, I will tell them to disregard this location entirely. I’d rather order Sonic.

I do not leave 1-star reviews. It is not in my nature. I ordered a milkshake around 12:30AM and proceeded to wait 35 minutes. I watched 7 vehicles order and receive orders before I got to the window. I asked the manager about comping the shake. She retorted that this Cookout location does not prep meals in advance, and informed me that I could leave or pay for my $4.99 milkshake. She stated she could bot offer any assistance on this visit. I will not return and will take my business to Cookout locations elsewhere in Knoxville.

This place used to be my favorite fast food on cedar bluff twice a year when we ate fast food. The service was impeccable, quick, and the food was always relatively good for fast food, but sometime in the last year or so everything has become... bad. The food is always wrong anymore, compared to the order that was actually placed, the person working drive-through cares so little about their job they can't be bothered to communicate clearly or to listen to the person trying to give them money, and it never seems like there is an adult who does care managing the employees. Again, this particular cook out used to be a delightful experience consistently but it's currently being run by people who don't care. You work very hard for your money and this place doesn't deserve it.
