I visited the Culver's location in Knoxville, TN today (2/4/2025) and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My wife ordered the two-piece chicken tenders, but they tasted like fish and seemed to be made from processed meat. I opted for the single sourdough melt, which had paper-thin meat and lacked any real flavor. I spoke with the manager about my concerns, and he mentioned that the hamburger comes pre-processed and suggested that I should order double meat next time. While I appreciate the suggestion, it doesn't excuse the quality of the food we received. The only redeeming aspects of our meal were the fries and the drinks, which were good. However, I can't help but feel that the food quality at this location has declined since they discontinued the grilled Reuben melt. I hope they can improve their offerings in the future.

This was my first time to eat here and I loved it! I’ve never had fried cheese curds and they were wonderful. They have great burgers and huge selection of frozen custards. Togo packs of custard in all flavors. This was great!

Culver's absolutely hit it out of the park! We stopped for lunch during our road trip and were blown away by the quality of the food. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy, and the cheese curds were a delightful treat. My wife declared it the best meal of her life, and I have to agree. The country music playing in the background was the perfect touch, adding to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. We'll definitely be making Culver's a must-stop on future road trips! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
