This Wendy’s has consistently been the best fast food experience I’ve ever had. The service is peak. Excellent employees are kind, funny, engaging and always going above and beyond for the customer. I live 5 minutes from here and eat here at least once a week. It’s mine and my friends’ go to spot. Food is always on point. I have never been disappointed by quality and am often impressed. The atmosphere is always great. Everyone I’ve met here has been fun and chill. 100% would recommend.

Don’t eat here. I’ve tried to eat at this Wendy’s multiple times over the span of three years, and every single time I’ve had one of the worst experiences in a restaurant that is possible. Frequently, it takes anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour and a half to get your food. Even in drive-thru. On one occasion, I gave up after twenty five minutes of waiting, drove twenty minutes down the road to get food somewhere else, passed by this place on the way back, and the same car I was behind for those twenty five minutes was still in the exact same spot in line. That’s a total of an hour and five minutes and not one car moved. If you manage to get up to the speaker box, be prepared to be told to wait, and then sit in your car for probably another fifteen minutes. On the rare occasion you do manage to get all the way through the line, your food will likely be cold and, if you got fries, old and soggy. I’ve worked in multiple fast food places myself and know how these places run, so I genuinely cannot fathom why it’s so poorly run or why it takes so long to get the food made. My only running theory is that they take someone’s order, stand around doing nothing while they slowly make that person’s food, and then move on to the next person. Normally, I love Wendy’s, but not this place. For the sake of your own sanity, please, never eat at this location.

I ordered a Dave’s double and both patties were undercooked, the fries were not fresh at all. They were leftover, stale, cold fries like they literally gave me what was left in the fryer before they made a new batch. Not to mention how long it took them to make my order.
