Ads look great food no so much and the sodas were NOT soda it was just plain carbonated water. My roommates and I were looking forward to a good meal but overall the food wasn't all that good. The most flavor came from the fries which were pretty good but out of 4 different burgers, chili dogs, chili fries, and our drinks that was the only thing that really had good flavor. I spent about $60 on all of us just to eat the taste of depression. Maybe their other burgers we didn't try were better but we each got something different and none of us really cared for any of it besides the one thing we all agreed on after trying each others food and that was only the regular fries. The chicken burger was kinda like an off brand McDonalds Mcchicken but somehow tasted more processed? The beef burgers tasted like they had sat for a day then got reheated. Personally I wouldn't want to waste my money trying their other options after this but to each their own. If you really love fries though I'd recommend theirs.

This place is run down and ghetto...but I keep coming back because the burgers are great and the fries are even better. The menu boards are incomplete and the orders take an eternity, but it's worth the wait, and hassle.

Checkers doesn't get enough recognition. They have the best fries out of any fast food joint, an extensive menu including wings, fish, subs and ice cream, plus their service is always top notch. Every time I order, I always get someone working there who is extra friendly. Love me some Checkers. /edit - Coming back to add that I just door dashed checkers for the first time and you guys have amazing packaging. It was like deconstructing a perfect tetris match to get my food out. Food was delicious as always.
