skimping every time I go now. my order is totally fine until this one specific guy is working and every time they get my order wrong or they give me an item they know I didnt ask for. always very rude over the headset and I love this place. Not impressed lately tho

I am always pleased with cookout but recently I have been disappointed. The last 2 times I came to cookout late I have ordered chicken tenders and they have given me a “chicken tender” the size of a chicken nugget. It happened like this about a week ago as well and today me and my friend both got extremely small pieces of chicken. It is always the same employee that skimps me, the mixed guy with the small tattoo behind his ear. I get that it’s late, but if you’re going to stay open this late I expect the same service as if it was earlier. This is disappointing to say the least.

Very good food, cheap prices, great customer service and open till 3am 10/10. I love their hamburgers
