Absolutely the worst service ever experienced!! I walked inside on March 19th 2025 around 10:00pm due to the drive through be backed up. I could not get anyone to acknowledge I was standing there to order. So I order a large sweet tea and med diet coke from the kiosk. The lady behind the counter wearing her Gucci bag under her McDonalds jacket talking on her cellphone while ignoring me, finally turned around and handed me 2 medium drink cups. Not a large and a med. 2 Mediums. I thought I will just take that and go. So I went to the drink station, and there were no tea crocks at all. So I went back to the counter and stood there for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged I was standing there until I asked the lady at the frier could I get a large sweet tea. Again she said nothing but asked another guy to get me a tea as if it was an inconvenience. Another 3 to 5 minutes goes by and he sloth of a guy hands me a tea and again says nothing!! I went back to the drink station to get my med diet coke and the diet coke was empty!!!! Time to clean house at this place!!!! Such a sorry attitude that has infected this entire restaurant.

My husband and I went there to grab breakfast before work, and it was probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. We ordered our food, and had to sit in line over 20 minutes to get our food. We had 4 different people come to the window and ask us what we ordered. So that right that irritated me, because no one knew what was going on. We had a very simple order. By the time we got our food, the drinks were completely wrong . But by this time we are already late for work, and don’t have time to turn around and get them fixed. I wouldn’t waste your time with this McDonald’s.

I have been to this mcdonald’s more than one time and the times i have been there the service is extremely slow. You wait about 5-10 mins in the drive through even if there is no one else in line. The workers lack good customer service and don’t care if you have anywhere to be. One of the times i went i asked for two biscuits and gravy and they told me to wait in one of the parking spots after sitting in the drive thru for 7 minutes already. I went and parked and noticed there were about 4 other people waiting for their food too. I was parked there for about 5 minutes and they finally came with the food but they forgot some stuff so i went inside and found like 3 other people with their orders wrong too. Every time i have been there, they ask me to pull forward or go to a parking spot. I get it with some food items but i know that most of the food there you shouldn’t have to pull forward to get. Last time i was there, i waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes for someone to even get my order down and there was no one in front of me. I order and pay and get to where they give the food and they forgot something so i try to ask for it and the lady doesn’t speak any english so i just go inside to ask for it and i am completely ignored and i was already there for like 20 minutes so i just left.
