My family and I had dinner here this evening and it was far from even average. We arrived a little after 8pm, so it was pretty slow inside the the lobby and dining area. There was 1 other family dining in when we arrived. The girl behind the counter was friendly and waited on us promptly after walking up but, The place was a DISASTER. Every single table was dirty, so we had to ask the staff to wipe down a table for us after we ordered. The soda machine did not have ice, so we had to take our cups to the counter to get filled. The soda machine spit out everything really watered down. We tried a number of different choices from the machine and it was disgusting. Besides every single table being dirty with an empty dining area, the floors were covered with trash and old food. the trash cans were over flowing. The supply counter to get condiments and utensils was covered in trash and crumbs. Trays were stacked up on the trash cans with food all over them. The soda machine was covered with old spewed soda that needed to be wiped down. Overall, the manager really needs to learn how to delegate cleaning tasks and/or help with the cleaning tasks. As we ate, I had a clear view of the counter and anyone who wasn't working drive thru was just standing around talking, including the manager. As a food retail manager myself, this place is unacceptable and gross for a place of service.

You know how every town seems to have 1 Wendy's that is just consistently missing the mark? It's this one. I've eaten at others, and this one just doesn't seem to have their ish together. Stale nuggets, cold burgers, forgetting orders, and forgetting condiments can be expected here. As far as delivery goes, don't expect any utensils or condiments & if u asked for no onion, expect more. The other locations are on point though.

No manners at all, no hello no thank you no you're welcome, nothing. My food was $11.40, gave $12 and she didn't even give me the change, it was only $0.60 so whatever but I wonder if they do that often. Also specifically asked for honey mustard, she said ok and when I got to my hotel there were none in the bag. Didn't give me my receipt either. Really bad service. According to the several 1 stars rates it is clear the owner couldn't care less about how his/her business is run.
