Gentleman in the camo hoodie working the drive thru tonight cussed at us and refused to take the rest of our order at the window. Then walked away from the window mid conversation after trying to explain the intercom became unresponsive after taking our order. Zero patience and a zero for overall experience.

Ordered through door dash and multiple things on the receipt were missing. Staff needs to slow down and make sure they have the orders correct. It’s not that hard. I’m not trying to be rude, but all you have to do is follow what’s on the receipt and check that you put all of those items either ON THE SANDWICH or IN THE BAG. I’ve worked fast food before.

I got to the speaker and I had to ask 3 times if anyone was there so I could have my order taken. At the window, the process took forever and i was particularly noticing the employees putting the food together without gloves. That is a health concern that needs to be addressed with staff. Overall a long experience for mediocre at best fast-food.
