I personally don’t eat Burger King, the food was nasty when I tried it and I never went back! I was delivering from this location and I always have problems! First of all the lobby closes at 7pm for some reason even though they’re fully staffed! Secondly, you sit in the drive thru for what feels like forever and a day! You finally get to the menu and the hood rat taking your order constantly has an attitude! She rushes the delivery order and forgets Items then she has the nerve to tell me she didn’t! This location either needs to shut down entirely or needs to be under new management asap because they’re so unprofessional! I don’t see why anyone would get a customer service job and you constantly have an attitude!

Went to order through the drive through and had the nastiest attitude from your worker LUCY for no reason. Yelling through the mic, rude, disrespectful, cut me off for trying to explain my order, and after the last statement of not needing to be extra that was it. I decided to take my money elsewhere in fear of me and my son’s food being spit in or violated in some way. Driving away she rolled her neck like she won some debate battle 😂 literally terrible. Y'all just remodeled yet you’re that’s the kind of staff you have? Must be desperate for staffing if you’ll let anything and anyone there. People Can’t call to give concerns and report how their employees are treating people. Terrible service kills anything positive you may have done or attempted. At least the Burger King in Madison has better service than what you’re allowing here smh. Do better. If you’re having a bad day, stay away, call out, but don’t go to work especially working where you do 🤦🏽‍♀️

6pm food pickup 1/2/25 @ Rivergate drive thru, all staff friendly & food was on point, still hot & fresh when we got home 15 minutes later. Thanks so much, y'all are worth the extra drive. 5 stars all the way.
