My friend and I come here probably 4 times a week bc we get off our job late. I run a restaurant and id say you have a total of one good cashier for late night. The last 4 times we’ve been charged incorrectly, when trying to do split payment they charged us wrong and did not correct it, when we received a shake with no whip cream or cherry before we could even get the question out she very rudely said we don’t have whip cream, this particular cashier (jakuana i believe) is always the one with the attitude. We keep coming bc we love this restaurant, it seems like she’s the one need not return. Genuinely shocked every time bc it’s always something new, and always a nasty attitude attached when simply asking questions.

First had to wait for a very long time after I pulled up to menu. Guy was very rude to the point I almost drove off. After almost 5 min seeing there finally got my order in and then another long wait at the window. Cars were pulling out of line and driving away. Get order and it wasn't to the burger I ordered and it was just thrown together. No way was I going to get back in line nor complain because I already knew it would do no good. Definitely a staff/management problem at that one.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a crispy chicken garden salad but received a salad without chicken. After contacting the manager and explaining my situation, I was assured that the issue would be addressed. I was unable to visit the restaurant that day, but when I came to redeem my order later, I was not only denied proper resolution but was also subjected to unprofessional behavior, including being laughed at by staff. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue calmly, I was forced to pay for food that was incorrect once again. The lack of respect and repeated mistakes were disappointing, especially given my history as a loyal customer. The staff’s dismissive attitude and the manager’s handling of the situation fell far below acceptable standards. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the product I have paid for. I hope you will address these concerns to prevent future occurrences and restore the quality of service.
