The cashier in the drive thru didn't say anything but how much I owed. That was it! No thank you, kiss my ass or nothing! And the food wasn't even hot, just like warm at best! But the service is always like that. I'm surprised they are still open to be honest! Love me some Krystals every now and then...frfr!!!!

So what do you guys have to say about this? Do not eat from this place, the only reason why they’re still open is because they make sure to clean up before inspection other than that this is what they look like apparently without the awareness of customers!! The owner doesn’t seem to even have a care as this just continues to happen. I guess the health regulations just don’t exist to this place. Shame on you guys.

Very bad experience. Crystals with cheese, they were left over from maybe 6 o'clock in the morning. The breed was very hard stuck to the bun. The a bun was brown from the juices from the the meat. And all dried and hard .French fries. Worst fries, I've ever had from that particular restaurant. I returned my chilly because it was just like water. I didn't look at the rest of my food before I returned the chili so I just kept it.I'll let us terrible. When I return to the chili the manager was talking about me. While I waited for my refund.
