Stopped in on our way home. Nice, clean, and spacious faculty with plenty of seating. The staff was courteous, helpful and polite. My chicken tenders were 👍 Momma said the burger was gooood 😁(no photos because the burgers didn't last long🤣) I'm a big fan of their dipped cones👍

I used to live in Albany, so i frequented this Dairy Queen and Walmart 2 or 3 times a week it was one of my favorite places to unwind and get errands lined out so I didnt forget something. I was excited to be on that side of town and in once familiar territory. And sorely disappointed. The crew leader cashier was quite probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. She had an air pod or something in her ear. She visibly rolled her eyes while I gave my order. She rang it up and told me how much to pay and then took a phone call order. Once finished I have her the money. She gave me the change and ticket. No drink cup. The person working behind the grill brought my order. I thanked him and mentioned the service. He tried to say the front was busy apologetically. I told him, "No, she was just rude." He did give me a drink cup and asked if I needed anything else. I doubt I'll be back. I know that my meager patronage isn't going to bankrupt anyone or make any millionaires, nevertheless I doubt I will return. If she made crew leader, I shudder to think of the service from someone who didn't.

10/2/2022: I ordered the #2 belt buster with cheese & bacon, with a order of fries and cheese bites. The burger was great & tasted fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made the experience amazing.
