Out of a 16 piece tender family meal, my husband and 1 were able to eat 1 tender each. At first glance, we were disappointed in the size of the tenders. Then upon further examination, the texture and appearance was all wrong. My husband said they seemed like they were old and re-cooked. I don't see how food can be served that way. By the time we got home with the food (Tuscola), it was too late to try and get it fixed.

We ordered two 4pc meals and they gave us half a strip counted as one piece. They’re really shrinking their sizes and I ordered the mashed potato chicken bowl as the new special and they gave me $3 side of just gravy, instead.

Look guys I love yalls food but wth I came in and the service was absolutely horrible!!! And when I took my sandwich home it wasn’t even put together!?!?? And I picked up the “bun” and there was no bread in it?!?! I went too yall specifically because I love yalls food and this was just bad. Very disappointing :(
