Whenever I went in to purchase food and a toy I was told that I could not buy the toy at the kiosk. I was told to make my order at the kiosk and then pay at the counter where it would be added. Whenever I tried to order the food at the kiosk the person at the register was talking at me from behind the counter saying she didn't know what I was doing but I wasn't doing it right. To clarify I did ask if I could just ring up my order 'crispy chicken and 2 toys' I was told that was not possible and that I had to order from the kiosk. In the end my partner finished the transaction. It was wrang up at the register

Soposed to busy to answer a quick question on the phone. So I went up there. They had 2 customers and most the staff was just standing around. I waited at the desk for several minutes while being completely ignored. After finally getting help the lady answered my question in a second. I proceeded to order a snack since I was there anyway and then waited again for several minutes for them to put fries in a box. It was completely ridiculous.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers boneless. The packaging/presentation was really nice. And the employees were very friendly and understanding about my dietary restrictions.
