Stopped here going through the town traveling and the food was not what I was expecting. I have been craving McDonald's french fries and they were old, mushy, and slightly warm. The oil was probably old I am guessing. The nuggets were just ok. They were very busy so I don't know how the fries weren't hot and fresh.

I went with 2 other people. One was drunk. I didn't get a say in whether they went. There was a scene involving 2 drunk people there. Staff handled it great. The other drunk person started it by being rude to an employee or customer. The other got in their face and told them they need to not be rude. It was a "are you for real doing this?" moment. Staff answered back by giving our group warm cookies. 5 stars on employees. Not everyone would have handled it that way. Atmosphere rating was customer caused only. But a positive staff result.

As excited as I was for this new McDonald’s to open, each experience has been disappointing. The first time I came I settled the complications due to opening jitters. However the past two times I have been to this specific location, I have not received the product that I paid for. My frape drinks were short of whipped cream and limited to a medium sized filling when I paid for large, I know these are simple complications but it’s a part of the advertised product when you pay for it online through the app. The photos attached are what we got for a large frape vs the product I thought I paid for. Sad days.
