This is our first time here and the experience was that of a 4+ star rating as far as the customer service. The food was excellent, considering the menu was small, the taste of the meat and seasonings was on point and perfect. The customer service that we received was that of a high end restaurant.Atmosphere, perfect it was perfect for the name. The bathrooms were clean and tidy, and I would come back here again over any Burger King or McDonald’s.

Third time here: Picked up a delivery order and an order for myself. I was asked by four different people what I was here for a total of eight times to pick up my delivery and personal order. My order for a soft serve they tried only giving me a half empty cup and a bunch of attitude to the point the person just started eating my soft serve in front of me while giving attitude when asked for it to be filled up like it was supposed to be. Another person made me my soft serve. Second experience: Tried ordering and received barely any meat and greasy Mac for a delivery order. Brought it in to get it fixed. They added some more meat and the mac is still gross filled with grease just at the bottom. Before and after pictures are posted. First experience: It took over twenty minutes to receive an already prepared order, despite the staff repeatedly asking what I was there for and then heading to the back saying they'll get it but never following through. I would not recommend ordering or picking up at this location due to the poor customer service.

Having grown up in Hawaii, I had been wanting to try this 'Hawaiian Fast Food' restaurant. The Honolulu Classic Chicken plate lunch was very good. Rice, good. Macaroni, not so good. Cool place with nice, mellow Hawaiian music playing in the background. I will be back! Aloha. 😎
