We live in Phoenix and chicken express is the FIRST food/ drink stop any and every time we travel back to Texas or Oklahoma. This location never disappoints! Always fresh and fast service. I can't get enough sweet tea!! Thank you! Thank you!

Ordered on door dash and half was only half way done. Jalapeños, and hush puppies were still full of raw batter. Food at this location is good when you order at the restaurant but it's also more expensive that way. Wish I could just order online for the cheaper price with my food being cooked.

There is one person there who can never get my order right. I've arrived home and realized I was missing something or the order wasn't right. After this happened two times in a row, I check everything. When it comes to call-in for delivery, I've been shorted fried okra 3 times.
