Love the food. Went on tonight 3/7/2025. The young man taking my order missed it all up. Ordered 7 piece with a side of Mac and cheese. A medium drink and small drink. Didn't get the small drink till I asked again. He said one like this I said yes. He told me he would just give it to me and not charge me. Then when my order came. I got the chicken fingers with Mac and cheese. No fries in the basket. I went up to counter and asked about the fries. He said I didn't ask for fries just Mac and cheese. The manager was standing right there. I was told if I wanted fries I would have to order them. I don't think that was right. The Manager was named Sean Paul. He never said a thing about the issue. I told him they missed up the order. I shouldn't have to pay. He just looked at me. I told that they had great food. This was the second time I had a mess up on my order. The manager the first time made it right. Not tonight I said I wouldn't be back. He said ok fine with him. I told him I would post the issues. He promptly went to the back. Never showed his face again while I was there. Mr. Paul very unprofessional. Not sure I will ever go back. Word of advice make them read your order back to you a couple times.
