Came in to get a chicken wrap and it didn’t have hardly any cheese and the smallest piece of chicken I ever seen . I think this happened because I asked for my meal fresh. This Jack in the box needs to be investigated

Try to order a jumbo Jack with the promotion from February 17th till March the 9th for 299 but because she didn't have the code, the manager didn't have the code she was charging me full price. All she could do was apologize.

I've tried to give second chances. My most recent bad experience occurred near the end of 2024. I ordered using the app. The food was cold. I ordered for pick up, this location refused to fulfill my entire order after printing and reviewing the order receipt. This location also refused to refund my order. The app does not allow for direct customer service meaning I could not return my food no matter how awful the service and/or food may be. You get what you pay for. Stay home or visit a different location!
