This is very unacceptable I ordered (2) 3 finger combos & (1) kids meal and (1) extra tender when I arrived home and opened all the boxes I find 1 box full of fries and (1) extra tender and literally missing the kids meals, I understand we make mistakes but how do you really forget to place the main thing someone is going in for. That’s like getting an oil change at a dealer and they forget to put oil like common. Waste of my time and ended up spending $30 and still had to go down the street to buy my kid food from another place. Pay attention to details and verify.

I will never come back to this place. First, they were having a dallas Cowboys meeting while customers were waiting. I placed my order 4 people came in 5 minutes after me and received there order first. I speck to thr manager she says it takes 30 seconds longer. For crispy 5 minutes later... my opinion it's a racist staff. Just pay attention .

This is a family-favorite Cane’s location for us! Closest to our house and area of work, and also the one where we’ve had nothing but good experiences at. Thanks Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers on South Cooper! Location: On Cooper Street close to I-20 and the Parks Mall Arlington. The parking lot is decent but can be a bit cramped and the drive-thru snakes through the parking lot during peak hours. Food: Honestly, the chicken is good but nothing too crazy. It’s all about the sauce. When we go, we always get extra Cane’s sauce. The menu is also fairly simple, and they’re consistent. Service: This location has always been great for us. We’re always greeted when we enter the building. They’re always kind to our kids. If it’s not busy, they’ll bring the food out to our table instead of yelling it out. Just solid service that makes us enjoy coming back.
