They really need to all take a corporate hosted training on how to execute excellent (and proper) customer service. There is no reason for my wife to be refused, then for you to "wonder where we were", then to act like you didn't see my wife merely minutes ago. It's inexcusable to ignore someone, let alone shut the glass window on their face after ignoring them in the lobby. A manager on her phone with no ability to apologize or right a wrong. I will never go to this Wendy's again. Ignorance and being rude will get you nowhere in life and your lack of customer service will lead to a CLOSED Wendy's (and therefore no job for you). It doesn't matter how your food tastes if your attitude is sour. 🙄

Everytime I go to this location it's always something wrong with my order. This time there was no bacon on my dry ass sandwich. The comb cost 11.00 but I got 5.00 worth of food. I'm done with Wendy's. And there is never good service. Teach your people some customer service skills.

Yeah. Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. We took the kids to come eat here as they love Wendy's and decided to stop by. It's a small location and they only have tables outside which was fine because it was nice and cool out. The only problem with that was the liability of the employees parking their motorcycle in the already limited space to eat when there's an entire empty parking lot to park and just wanted to be lazy. That wasn't even the worst part. We walk in and didn't get greeted, walked up to the counter and waited a while. When someone finally came out , I asked how she was and the kids were excited to order and all the lady mumbled was "The screen" and pointed behind us. No "Hi" or anything to greet us and then she mumbled again "order over there" again and then went back to the back and started watching videos on her phone. There was not a single customer there, Inside or in the drive thru. There were several employees there doing nothing and they had food sitting out in the line so I can see why everyone's food is cold and where everyone's other complaints come from. This place is horrible.
