I had an amazing experience at Whataburger, all thanks to Jasmine! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Her customer service was top-notch—quick, friendly, and attentive. She made sure my order was perfect and even checked in to make sure I was satisfied with my meal. You can tell Jasmine truly cares about her work and the customers. If you’re ever at this Whataburger, I highly recommend you look for Jasmine—she’ll definitely make your visit better! 5 stars all the way!

I've never had a problem with the night staff until tonight. I've always been welcomed and never given any problems with picking up any Door Dash orders. But tonight, I waited well over 30 mins for an order and I was patient. I watched another Dasher come in and got asked to confirm pickup but he wasn't asked to show his phone. I was asked to confirm not once, but twice and also asked to show my phone. Why wasn't this behavior given towards the other dasher? Was he not the right skin color/weight to profile? I have never stolen food but tonight I felt profiled by the young lady who also mugged me when I said I didn't want to steal any of the food. I'm highly disgusted with how I was treated. I need yall to understand when yall have us confirm orders after waiting for so long, we also have to walk back to our cars and take off. My intention was to click confirm once I got my car started so it wouldn't penalize me for the wait time on my end. Don't ever come for me again the way you did tonight. I am way too sweet and patient, next time I won't be.

I’ve come a few times to this location, when I eat my food it’s never really good. It’s either cold or missing something. Today I got 2 egg and cheese breakfast burritos and when I bit into them, I bit into egg shells. Also I ordered the New Mexican hot chocolate, I tried it and absolutely hated it so I asked the general manager (Matthew) if he would let me replace it with a plain vanilla shake or a regular drink and he told me no. Good customer service would have been to replace the drink for your upset customer whether it’s the customer error or not, it cost you nothing to make a customer happy. Poor service and I will not return
