I ordered spicy chicken tenders as usual for lunch today. My order was confirmed several times while ordering at the drive thru and once again when I pulled up to pay. The young man was polite and friendly and asked me to complete a review once I was home. I intended on writing a positive review until I got home and checked my order and realized they game me regular chicken tenders instead on the spicy chicken tenders I ordered.....ruined my lunch.

If I could give it a 0 star review I would! The gentleman who was at the window taking orders one handed me my drink so hard that the lid popped off my cup and spilt on my hand plus car he didn’t even say anything or offer napkins. Then I go to look at my food and it was supposed to be spicy he made them regular so I go park go inside and let him know they are supposed to be spicy.. Then he looks at his coworker and shrugs his shoulders and rolls his eyes takes my food and drowned them in the spicy seasoning like shown below.. Very rude will be reaching out to corporate i’m not one to make reviews but this was disgusting behavior. I went 8/19/24 at 12:30pm!
