I love how friendly they are now. This new management team they have are just so wonderful. Fast hot food. Just what this neighborhood needed. And thanks to that young man the one with the glasses. Provides the best guest service I've ever encountered. Thank you popeyes.

There was a bug in my drink, I’ve tried calling the restaurant a total of 10 times from 2 different phone and not once did I get an answer. I have a photo/video as well. I’m disgusted. Could not enjoy my meal after seeing that. I hope someone will reach out to me immediately regarding this issue.

I should’ve known it was something sketchy about this Popeyes being open so late, and it was even worse when I attempted my order and the cashier couldn’t even understand me. He looked like a child and was not wearing gloves when preparing our order. Neither was ANYONE in the restaurant. I ordered the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich and was given a cold classic sandwich, knowing damn well there is a $2-$3 difference in price and when I told the guy I wanted rice, he kept saying fries. The only reason I didn’t go back to correct it is because the line was originally wrapped around the building and after getting off work and just wanting something to eat before going to sleep, I had absolutely no energy to argue the fact that my order was incorrect. Never again at this point will I go back.
