Everyone here is so sweet and they get my order right, delivered hot with all of my modifications. 💗 They also make sure to include the extra condiments and each person seems so genuinely kind. I recently visited Sonics and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jay. His customer service was outstanding—he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Jay went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to his excellent service
