For a fast food place, the service was great and the bacon cheese burger was one of the best I have had in a while. Fresh and crispy lettuce. Nice tomato slice. Cheese was melted. Bacon was crispy. Bun was fresh and soft.

We only go to this one when we need to. Room for improvement in service and food. Burgers usually taste a day old and drive thru employees could use a morale boost. We go out of our way for the Coppell location most of the time, they seem to care about their customers.

Whataburger’s drive-thru today was frustrating. After ordering, I was asked to wait near the bushes for 15 minutes, clearly to manipulate their speed-of-service metrics. Fresh food takes time, but this tactic is misleading and frustrating. Better efficiency and communication are needed.
