My dad is in the hospital down the street. It makes his day when I show up every morning with a chocolate shake. After 4 days of the Whataburger next door, I decided to change things up so that I could have something different for breakfast. I received a drink holder with two drinks and a closed bag. Being in a hurry to get to my dad before doctor's rounds and not having issues at Whataburger all week, I did not check my order until I got to the hospital. Wrong order. No breakfast to share with my dad. No chocolate shake. I called. They were nice. I'm very disappointed. After doctors rounds. I'll probably head out to get his Whataburger shake.

The guy who brings out the food for curbside this morning was super rude. He was tall had glasses on, dark hair. Didn’t say one word to me, just aggressively handed my food to me and walked away. This is the same guy who was rude to me a couple months ago. I did the curbside ordering, there was no parking spaces available. So I followed their instructions and parked in a space with my hazards on. The guy I guess couldn’t find my car right away, and when he did he walked up and said “what you couldn’t find a parking space?”. Idk if he rememberers that interaction and was rude again to me this morning. Idk very disappointed

Chick fil a has good food. The service is hot or miss nowadays. Used to be consistently spot on. Wonder what changed.
