First visit to Whataburger and it was great. When we opened the wrappers, the burgers looked like what you'd expect and were bigger than we thought. Fries and shake were great too.

Ordered 50 sausage biscuits last minute for some on campus marketing and they handled it VERY well! Quick fast and the manager was extremely friendly!! Sorry again to make you do that many that fast but dang we were impressed!

Food is always fine here, and most of the time the employees are friendly, but expect to wait. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue, management, etc., but even when the line is short, it takes way too long to get your order. At busy times, the speed/efficiency is not increased. I waited in line 30+ minutes the other day at a busier time of day. As a fast food restaurant, it's not worth that kind of wait. I usually defer to other nearby faster restaurants when I want something quick.
