Loved ordering on the app. Monica was very helpful in finding my order. Food was amazing as always. Hot and just the way you want it every time. Tonya and Destiny were working hard in the front and the kitchen was a flurry of activity completing the customer's orders.

I had the pleasure of being served by Treveon at Whataburger, and he was absolutely fantastic! His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. He greeted us warmly, took the time to chat with us, and provided exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond like he did. Treveon is a rock star, and he definitely made our visit memorable. Thanks for having such an amazing team member!

Went in the store about 9:30am Dec. 22, 2024 for take out and the staff on board this day and time were on point. The cashier was absolutely beautiful inside and out! Very friendly, very patient. As other coworkers walked in, they greeted each other as well with a good morning, you can tell they work well together as a team. The back staff working hard on our food were not only working quickly, they seemed to have each others back by all working together. Normally at any other Whataburger location, I dread going because staff are unhappy and they take a good 15-20 min to even get just one meal out to me. Here, It was about 10 minutes to get 3 burger meals, a cinnamon roll, hash, and a biscuit out. The manager on duty must be a very pleasant one to work with :)
