The food is great, people are friendly, but can't read. Every time I order the 2 for $5 burgers online I just get one. It's crazy! It says 1-2 for $5 Jumbo Jack. All they see is the 1. CHECK THE ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I didn't notice til I got back to the hospital. They don't answer the phones! Very frustrating. I removed the picture of the receipt from the review cause I didn't want the girl to get in trouble. But they need to fix the way they post the orders so the kids can read them correctly. Grrr. I am still hungry.

Rude window service and the cooks do not care! Look at this giant piece of egg shell simply placed on my sandwich. And also why does it look like someone bit my sandwich. They didn’t, they just ripped it and threw it back on there. But a half inch of EGG SHELL is wild.

Jack in the box is some place I rarely eat but my husband wanted it . The curly fries were overcooked burger and coffee was fine. It doesn't take much to impress your customers but great food is a must. Half my fries were trashed.
