Our family has made it a tradition to come here for a meal and play card games, and it’s genuinely one of our favorite little things. This location is always clean, thoughtfully decorated for the season, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The employees are consistently kind and helpful. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we appreciate the effort they put into making this a great, welcoming place to visit.

About a month ago, me and a friend visited this McDonald’s. We both placed mobile orders for apple pies, I ordered one and she ordered two. When we arrived, they informed us they were out of apple pies and if we would be ok with substituting for a different desert. None of the other options sounded good so the manager (angel) said he would write our names down and we could come back at a later date to pick up our pies. When we went to go pick them up I explained this at the speaker and whoever was speaking to me was obviously irritated. I told her it was three pies, since it was me and my friend there to pick them up, and she said she would only honor two of the pies, not all three because I “hadn’t spoken to the manager about this other occasion”. Both occasions happened at the same time, on the same night, and we talked to the manager together. The manager I spoke to today was rude, combative, and aggressive. I showed her receipts for both orders and she insinuated we were lying. It was very rude honestly, I had paid for all three pies. They gave me the wrong pies too 🙁. I got two apple pies (one was burnt) and a pumpkin pie.

Today I encountered an issue on my phone to confirm that I was at the store, so that I could get my order through curbside that I had intended. I went to the store, and I received help from 2 very kind and lovely employees. They were able to solve the issue with effectively and I am very grateful for their patience.
