I only eat fast food maybe twice a year and to receive this quality of food is horrific. Chicken burnt to a crisp fries old and extremely cold. My food does not come close the posting or display which to me is 100% false advertising. I expect full refund and compensation for my inconvenience of time. Mc Donald's at FM 242 Conroe TX. #goWhataburger

The employees barely greet you. I only stop here when I'm traveling out of Houston. The two times I did. The customer service wasn't the best. My fries were cold each visit after requesting fresh fries.

The manager here , at night when I visited, was by far - the best host I have ever had. I didn't get his name but Hispanic gentleman was efficient, courteous and kind. The food was delicious, ( and I NEVER think that about fast food ), and hot. The nuggets were glorious. I imagine this is what it would taste like in the test kitchens when they make it. I was astonished at what experience I had at this McDonald's inside a Shell station. Perfect score.
