I don’t think I’ve ever given a fast food place 5 stars but their friendliness and customer service is above and beyond. We messed up our order and the manager made our food fresh for us. Place was clean and staff was very nice. Food came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

Food extremely greasy and cold, fries and chicken tenders fried in old grease and has been sitting, I used to be a GM in fast food, I know old food. S loop location always fresh unlike this one

Clean , friendly, and fast! Love the BOB!!! They did treat us like neighbors here! Thanks for being so welcoming!
