Insanely stupid slow. Ordered on the app. Had to wait almost an hour for a burger and fries. Seriously. Wtf. And no one was here! Absolutely no one in the drive through. No one inside, parking lot empty. Its ridiculous. Place smelled like pee as well.

Asked for my burger dry and it arrived with lettuce and onions on it. The person at the drive thru proceeded to tell me in a very snarky tone that dry only means no sauce. I've been ordering dry hamburgers for over 40 years and have literally NEVER had this problem before, let alone been treated like I was trying to scam them or something. The fries were also cold, which was ridiculous considering I had waited for 15 minutes for the food to be handed to me. I asked for everything to be re done, which they did do, but we ended up sitting in the drive through and holding area for about 30 minutes at that point. To be honest, I wouldn't have given such a low score if the cashier hadn't spoken to me in the way they did, because others did try to rectify the situation.

This is a great Whataburger. The lady who works the drive thru in the morning is so good at her job. She's cheery, upbeat, and detail oriented all the way through. Another employee even waved at me through the window, just being friendly. My food is always hot and delicious. Highly recommend.
