I visited this location in Illinois on Sunday, around 6:00 I was greeted whit the biggest smile, his name was David, he treated me extremely well and positive energy, great costumer service and he gave me my order pretty fast and correct. I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years and have always been treated great! 👍🏻

If I can give no stars I would! I spent $54 on food and the food was burnt only thing was decent was the breakfast sandwich. The cheesecake was somewhat sour and ice coffee was bitter. The whole order was jack up and pissed me off cause of the money waste and we was hungry. I called up there and no one answer the food is trash and went in the trash, so I wasted money and spend more money just so me and my kids can eat dinner! I will not ever go back to this location and I will tell my family not to visit!

My experience last night was awful , I spent a total of 28 minutes in drive thru. I understand being short staffed but the employees had no since of urgency. After waiting for over 10 minutes my order was incorrect and judging from their previous actions I had no intentions on giving them the opportunity to hold up more of my time. My order was simple egg rolls but was given what you see in the picture. How is that possible? I will NEVER VISIT this location again.
