Please make sure to ask for fresh food, have worked in fast food before so I know the 2-10 shift sometimes is very laxative and lazy so you may get reheated food or old food, but I wasn’t having it. The night shift 10-6 or 7 always have fresh food and impeccable service…i went at about 9:15 and ordered tacos and the new spicy waffle fries with extra jalapeños ….I had exactly 2 jalapeños and my tacos looked like they been there since 7 or 8 pm…I didi fast food as a shift manger in college so completely know what old and reheated food look like…but thanks to the the shift lead on duty she replaced my food fresh…crazy thing I didn’t even realize I didn’t have cheese or lettuce on my first order of tacos but was made the right way when I returned them…thank you to her….wish I would have gotten her name…the young males from the 2-10 shift may need more training or a termination just saying!

I purchased the new Smash Burger. I asked to sub the sauce for mustard. I had been waiting to leave work so I could get this. When I received my order one of the two patties was it on my burger along with the bacon. It really sucks! I was so hungry I ate it anyway. Some one has to monitor to goings on. I could understand if the line was very long. When I pulled up to order there was one car in front of me. And no one behind me either. It is a shame that no one is paying attention..
