A few things that annoy me most is when I place an order at McDonald's and without fail McDonald's employees don't prepare my order correctly. I then need to get out of my vehicle and walk inside to correct my order. Or when I speak to an employee, face to face and ask for ketchup, sauce, napkins or straw to be included in my order then isn't! Small, simple easy tasks such as these shouldn't be that difficult to accomplish and yet they are, worse, this is now very common at every McDonald's I visit. It appears McDonald's has settled for mediocrity. Why aren't employees focused? Why are they distracted? See my photo, what's missing? I ordered multiple orders, ordered hotcakes & they failed to provide syrup. Who eats hotcakes w/out syrup? I don't!!! Better yet, how in the hell do they fail to double check orders & make sure they have all items BEFORE they give customers their orders??? Into the garbage can they went just like McDonald's reputation!!!

Regular stop. Food is affordable and nothing fancy, but my order is always right, and I know what to expect. The app has good deals & reward system is ok.

I go here almost every other day. They never get an order right. If you go inside, they won’t take your order because they are overwhelmed and cannot handle the drive-through and people coming in. They have an attitude. The manager has an attitude. I ordered a plain chicken sandwich. They gave it to me with mayonnaise and lettuce. I didn’t order that 10 minutes later. I’m at work and I can’t even take it back. The service here really really sucks. And they never answered the phone so I know you been calling.
