Ordered thru Uber. Took about 3 drivers that lost patience and 2 hours to receive late on a Friday night, but that’s about to be expected I think. Food was good, and to my surprise my order was spot on. Everything was there! Just be forewarned that these guys aren’t fast, even in person apparently. Probably wouldn’t order again because 2 hours is excessive, but under normal circumstances I think the food itself is worth the visit. Perhaps just another location.

On New Year’s Eve around 12 noon, I went to the location on Robert B. Cullum Blvd. I ordered 40 pieces mixed, and I was told to park in DT2 because it would take 25 minutes to complete my order. The lady did not tell me the total of my order until I asked at the window. She then asked those working with her if they heard her tell me the total. I noticed the lady with ahead wrap on walking to cars asking their order. I asked her if that was my order, and she said she didn’t know what I ordered. Therefore, I went inside to check the status of order. I waited ten minutes before the rude ladies asked me any questions. That’s when I noticed a box of chicken sitting to the side with a bag of bread on it. I was told it would be an additional ten minutes before my order was ready. Over 45 minutes total wait time my order still wasn’t ready, so I went back inside. That’s when they gave me the box of chicken that was sitting to the side so long that it was cold. One box had fresh chicken. My complaints to the staff on duty were ignored. I called the corporate office and was given the area manager’s name and number. However, two calls later I have yet to receive a response. I needed this chicken for a service at my church that day. The staff at this location are very rude. I want a replacement order or my money back. Sadly, I have to file this negative review and former complaints with other agencies to get Williams to respond. In the past, I’ve never experienced any problems such as this.

Every time I go they make me feel like I'm not supposed to be there, they are rude and never give what you order. Now the one on MLK they are nicer but you will have to wait awhile, but at least they make you feel welcome.
