I’ve been going to this location for years. The food used to be superb. I got a soda, it was terrible. I got hash browns, they were too. Cooked in old grease. I haven’t eaten the rest, but based on my experience since shortly before the construction, this location has gone downhill and I’m done because the food and service have been poor on multiple occasions. I even received two emails offering free sandwiches and I never went because it’d be a waste of time.

I ordered my meal through the app, the wait was long. The girl in the drive-thru told me she couldn’t find my order and said she couldn’t help me and to go to the window. I was there for a good 15-20min to be told that my order was canceled and that I would have to get charged again. I was charged twice for an order I had already placed and paid. I didn’t cancel it. The app didn’t cancel it, and usually it’ll say in the app or I would get something that says if it is canceled and if my order would be refunded. The manager William said he couldn’t do anything about my rewards that I was supposed to get through my order, and that I have to be charged for my order again. They said it would be processed and refunded automatically, but there was nothing to guarantee that or anything that said a refund would be placed. As of now I was charged for double the price of my original order. In my experience at chick-fil-a I have never been more disappointed with the service, especially after waiting for so long. It felt like what was going on was my fault. I would be more understanding if they had showed more empathy and realized that this didn’t make sense to me. Just cause it’s something they might see a lot doesn’t mean as the client who had her money taken out and told to not worry about it, mean I feel secure about it especially when there is nothing to prove I’ll be getting my money returned.

I come to this chic fila every day and for starters, there is nothing personable about my experience, in greeting or exiting. I would never know it was a pleasure. Today I was charged full price for my meal and the transaction went through on my end. Apparently their portable register crashed and didn’t complete on their end and they requested another payment from me. They acknowledged that they were aware it did take the money on my end, but would hope the charges would fall off. If they didn’t fall off, to call corporate in 3-5 business bc that’s when I should see it back on my account. I let them know that was the last of money I had and asked was there anyway they could emphasize or meet in the middle since the error was on their end. The manager William was sure to let me know, there was nothing he could do, asked for another payment if I wanted food, and gave me the wrong number to corporate after I asked! By far the most insensitive and uncaring chic fila I’ve ever been to. I thought the chic fila brand was Christian based and this doesn’t seem like a good representation of such.
