We enjoy going to the University location often. Their employees are sweet with big smiles. They are very accommodating with dietary restrictions. And the best part, they help you find better deals. My husband and I used to get 2 orders of the 4 minis for breakfast. They told us they had a 10 mini deal and we could use our points to get extra tots if we wanted an extra one. We've been able to enjoy this every time we've gone. And if a mistake is ever made, they fix it right away without issue. Great service, great food, and sweet people.

I never thought I'd write a bad review on a Chick-Fil-A... until today. I was in the typical super CFA line. No problem, I'm ok with that. The young lady took the order of the car in front of me, when she was finished I pulled up. She was turned sideways, but surely she saw the line approaching to place orders. She proceeded to go to the car BEHIND me!!! I thought maybe she was preoccupied, but she proceeded to continue to take orders and NEVER came back to me, nor did anyone else. Once I realized that if I would order at the window, I would certainly cause a traffic jam, I placed my order on the app with a drive-thru pickup. When I got to the window, I expressed my concerns. I didn't feel like she heard me and was trying to move me on. Needless to say, I had to pull up to wait for my food because it wasn't ready. After mentioning my concern for yet a third time, it was clear that I not only wasn't being heard but being moved along. At this point, since I had to wait, all lanes were at a stand still. I asked who should I express my concerns to, and she replied the manager, and did I want to speak with him. When he approached my car he was smiling, less than enthused, and wasn't able to problem solve my concerns. He never once apologized or acknowledged my concerns. Again, I wasn't heard and basically shooed me on my way. I am very disappointed in CFA and this experience. It will be a long time, if ever, before I return to CFA.

Could not place an online pickup order to be retrieved at a designated parking spot. Only inside pickup or drive thru which is wrapped around the building. Asked for 5 sauces only but only received 2 (1 per combo meal?) Crazy enough to go back 2 days later and did not receive the salad dressing for my salad. Please check your orders before you drive off!
