Whataburger

I visited around 7 in the morning during the week. The cook and counter staff were fantastic! I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and it was the best I've had at a Whataburger in a long time. The biscuit was soft and warm, with just the right amount of honey butter (which is smothered and messy). It was so delicious and has renewed my love with the meal and the business. I recommend this Whataburger.

This is a very nice store, very clean and well maintained. It's kind of hard to see because it's right next to a gas station that's on the corner, and it's a very high traffic area. The staff is very nice and polite. The restaurant iser is very clean. The restrooms stay locked with a key pad on the door. It was not very crowded as you can see from the pictures of the parking lot and inside, there were at least 4 or 5 different tables with people. I placed my order online and then came in to pick it up. I waited until I was about 6 minutes away from the place. When I arrived there and went inside, I had to wait one additional minute and my food was ready. So very fast, and it was timed to perfectly.

Used to be really good. Now twice in a row, they’ve gotten my order wrong and just not given me ketchup. Ordered a whataburger meal with just pickles and ketchup and the first time they put cheese on it. Now they’ve gone and put mustard on my burger too. And how is it possible to not provide ketchup. It’s kind of a staple condiment that honestly should be in the bag by default. I’m incredibly disappointed because this place used to be good and I stopped going to the whataburger on university because this place was better but now the quality has just gone down like crazy in a short amount of time. What a shame.
