So much for a $9.30 ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Not even close to what it should have been made. These kids making them at this store must be broke and out of inventory, need retraining or just plain ignorant. Pictures of what should have/look like compared to what I got with one strip bacon. Plain disgrace this store.

I've never had a problem with the food or the service except today. I placed the order online and my son drove to the Dyer location to pick it up. There were a few problems with the order. I paid extra for bacon and got half a strip. It was hard to tell which limeade was the diet as it was not marked. One drink was supposed to have Nerds and extra cherries but didn't. Anyway, I called and spoke to George who said he was the manager. George listened while I spoke, apologized for what happened, asked for my ticket number and put me on a very brief hold. When he came back he again apologized and immediately told me I would be receiving a full refund. I figured I would be receiving the refund within 3-10 days as usual but it was a nice surprise to see the refund posted to my card within the hour. George was very nice, polite and very professional. He took care of the issue immediately. Thank you George!

I've just moved here. It's close to my house it's very convenient. I've been here at least a dozen times and I always have to expect at least a 20 minute wait whether I come through the drive thru or the car hops. Food is good most of the time. Service is hit or miss but today I waited 25 minutes for my blast. I got a medium instead of a large this time but I was disappointed. It wasn't even full, no cherry or whipped cream and I asked for extra strawberries and it was like they barely put any.
