I think they might be training snails to make the drinks here. Seriously, the wait times are absurd. After waiting 15 minutes for two drinks, I started wondering if they'd forgotten about me and opened a new location on Mars

I will never order from here again. Staff is extremely rude. Orders are not being fulfilled, and the manager doesn't care about their customers. It's not like I expected much from Sonic, but they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's too bad, because I used to enjoy going there. Now, I won't go back. A courtesy call would have been nice.

I ordered two drinks. I’ve been waiting here for 45 minutes and still haven’t received them. I pressed the red button to talk with them, the employee said the drinks were ready and about to be sent out. 20 minutes later still no drinks. The employee was on his phone most of the time. Only one employee named Sterling seemed to be the one doing things. Even then there are no other cars and I still haven’t received my drinks. Very disappointing.
