I only ever come here when my fried food cravings win over my principles and self-destruction doesn’t seem like a bad idea anymore. I only order the Jalapeno Poppers because my mom likes them and got me introduced to them but today, I tried the Sourdough Grilled Cheese. Got my order within 8 minutes at around 9.40 pm on a Monday night. Surprisingly, the Sourdough Grilled Cheese was a hit. It was freshly made, so it was actually hot to the touch. Fast food that is actually hot and fresh? Wow, looks like I must have used up my good luck quota for the day. Only thing is it did seem like someone had cooked one side of the sandwich for a bit too long, to the point that it was much darker and crispier than I would have liked. Either way, the sandwich is now in my stomach, making its way down. Now, the jalapeno poppers were a big let-down and they were the reason I stopped by the drive-thru: the cheese had not melted and the jalapeno was so distinctively separate from the cheese layer that it was a shell of itself. It was lukewarm and the poppers had not been cooked enough to melt the cheese…. Now, I won’t order these anymore. Much to be improved on cooking these poppers. Employees are very hardworking though and the workers are polite and friendly, especially for a Monday night.

This is the third time visiting this location, usually between 1 and 3am. They are always polite, very fast and the food quality has been excellent. The fries in particular are always super hot and fresh and the tacos were stellar too. Kudos to you all.

Nice experience at this Jack in the Box. Courteous employees and clean seating area. The drive thru is quick and has ample parking outside. The food is okay and with right temperature. There could have been more deals on the food and beverages. The sauce taste so good.
