It's the weirdest thing. Multiple times now they make my order as I arrive. Sure it might be more fresh. But the point of ordering ahead of time with the app seems pointless. Especially when I take my sweet time to get there and they still hadn't made my order more than twice

Kept going back here because it is really close and I really didn’t think they could be rude literally all the time. But today this lady was rude as ever and you can tell she just wishes no one ever even came through the drive -through. Got their “saucy nuggets” today, and this is what I got lol. Don’t come here, I’ll never be coming back.

Ordered Dave Double combo. Received the wrong order. When called to speak with the manager…the manager was not there. I asked to speak with someone that spoke English, they hung the phone up. I hardly ever visit fast food places, but since the weather was bad, I needed to stop near my house. The advertisement about their new and improved fries, turned out ‘not true’…the fries taste like they are using old grease. Just awful. Never again will this location get my money..the time before this, was about 6 months ago…they messed my order up then. They just can’t seem to get it right. I wish the corporate or district office would intervene to ensure that hiring the right people is implemented.
