Food quality was not up to my expectations! As I'm eating my burger I noticed it's not well done nor is it hot & fresh! I just waited almost 14 minutes in this line!! I really want my money back. My meat just easily falls apart. I could've helped them make this meal!

It was 10:11 pm when I went to this Whatabuger location. My order # was 524551 Lee. I should have went to the one by my house on Preston smh. I spent $17 for 11 items. I was told to pull to the outer lanes after placing my order. When the young lady came to my car she had both my drinks with no ice which is what I ordered and then paid. Ten minutes later she comes out with two bags of food, one for the car in front of me and my bag. It was late so the HS told me to check my order so I did. I only had 7 of my items . So I told the young lady that my large and small fry was missing and to make sure they are hot. A few minutes later, she came out with hot fries now I had 9 items. Then I told her that I was sorry but 2 more items was still missing my gravy and my hot apple pie. Either the staff don't care, and have low standards or the lines of communication among the staff is not working. I will not go into how the food tasted I mean how can you mess up chicken strips. Going forward I will think twice before using this location again. I should have read the reviews first!!

I’ve never encountered more consistent incompetence on my entire life. When pulled into the drive thru I was the ONLY car there. I’ve been in line now for a #13 meal and a BBQ chicken strip sandwich meal for nearly 45 minutes. It’s 2 meals, incomprehensible. When I asked the worker at the window, what was going on? He only said “I it’s the guys making the food I don’t make the food” there are at least eight staff working right now. You can go to any other fast food restaurant and get food in and out in less than five minutes consistently why Whataburger cannot manage. This is beyond me.
